About Irondequoit Garden Walks

Irondequoit Garden Walks is a new event within the town of Irondequoit. It is a celebration of community and gardening and offers a free, self-guided tour of residential gardens throughout Irondequoit. Participants will tour at their own pace. All residents are invited to share their beautiful gardens.

Nurturing community, beautifying neighborhoods, and encouraging civic pride throughout the town of Irondequoit.

Garden Registration

We welcome all Irondequoit residents who wish to share their garden. Gardens large and small, rock gardens, vegetable gardens, rose gardens, conifer gardens—any type of garden is acceptable. We are here to encourage gardening and promote community.

Get Involved

Irondequoit Garden Walks is driven by volunteers of all skill levels. Whether you can spare a few hours on event day or want to join a committee that meets several months a year, your help is welcome. Opportunities include staffing info stations, recruiting gardeners, and assisting with marketing, fundraising, and event planning. Join us to nurture community spirit and beautify our neighborhoods.
