What’s New in 2026

📍 Welcome Center

Make the Welcome Center one of your Garden Walk stops for free event maps and information, raffle tickets and sponsor prizes, collectible posters, live Plein Air artist demonstrations, volunteer information, and restrooms.

While visiting, explore the Irondequoit Community Cupboard Garden. Guests are also invited to help local families by bringing a canned or non-perishable food item, dish soap, or laundry detergent.

🎨 Plein Air Artists

Watch artists paint live in select gardens as they capture the beauty and character of the Garden Walk in real time.

🤟 ASL Interpretation

ASL interpretation will be available for a scheduled garden tour in Map Area D, within the Wimbledon Rd. garden cluster.

Saturday, July 19 | 1:00–3:00 PM
Please arrive by 12:45 PM.

Meeting area: Wimbledon Rd. cluster near Seneca Avenue.

Look for the ASL wayfinding sign shown above. Once the tour begins, an IGW volunteer will move the sign from garden to garden with the group.

How It Works

This is a free, self-guided event.
Visit participating gardens at your own pace.
All gardens are open both days from 12 PM – 4 PM.
Please be respectful of private property.
The event takes place rain or shine.

You’re welcome to begin at any participating garden and explore at your own pace. Make the Welcome Center at Vineyard Church one of your stops for maps, event information, activities, prizes, and other visitor resources.

No registration is required. Simply visit any participating garden during event hours.
